It's been 7 months since hubby passed away and missing him dreadfully!

racking up 250+ single words, games over
600 and now in the top 3% of scrabble junkies
worldwide. Keeps my mind sharp! We get old

picking up one of my late
hubby's inventions: LUKU. There
are actually 4 variations of the
game but it is (fundamentally)
a fusion of NERCH and
CONCENTRATION. With 4 com-
munity aces, 2 decks of cards are
used to first play concentration
to find card matches then used
to fill out a typical game of
double-solitaire. It demands, co-
ordination and brains as it is a
race to exhaust the community
aces to ZERO cards in hand.
Fun as hell and can be played
alone with a stopwatch time-limit.
Try with 4 people and 4 decks and
it's INSANITY! Every1's squealing
and slamming cards faster than
hell and OMG...bedlum!

COCONUT
T O T A L R E C A L L
Now that it's SEPTEMBER I will be
getting back to HURRICANE JANE.
I'm about 1/4-1/3 of the way through
so far and won't be laboring too
intensely until the snow falls but
KFLY and KSXY are both burgeoning
with fans of the best radio stations
on the planet. I LOVE BEING A DJ
and inheriting them hasn't been
more work than I prefer. As every-
one discovers, there's a dozen
speakers throughout the house
playing amazing music everywhere.

FORGET-ME-NOTS
Yesterday is like an endless
canyon filled with all the
moments that carved out
who we are and will be.
Last month I pined for
FIJI (and I still am) but I
found myself relishing the
words of STEVE MARTIN
in GRAND CANYON when
he said "All of life's greatest
mysteries are solved in the
movies..." and reflecting on
how COVID has nullified
95% of my travel and my
plans to SKYDIVE; and down
through the serpentine
days and nights of memory
are beautiful hours of
adventure, wonder, awe and
discovery. That was 5 years ago
The Grand Canyon dazzled me.
This here and now is the world
we know...the world we have.
Let's be dazzling versions of
ourselves. Step to the edge.
